Everything is nice but coffee not!!
Close to station. It is redecorated, and the room is clean.
Location is really great. Bathroom is in a good condition and nice style. Breakfast was also quite good for italian standards.
Single room is very small, with a small single bed in it. No cable TV (just a few italian channels). No WiFi. Airco didn't work (fortunately I had a quiet room location so could open the window).
Very good location close to Termini railway station and not far from major places of interest.
Breakfast could be better, safe in the room must lock, but it did not during my stay.
The location was fantastic. Close to termini train and metro station. The staff are very helpful and very friendly. I will stay there next vist to Rome for sure
The hotel is truly only minutes from the Termini train station. We stayed on the second floor, right next to the breakfast lounge, and the room was clean, pretty, and serviceable. The breakfast was good as well. Marco at the front desk (2nd shift) was very helpful and friendly...he gave us a great recommendation for a restaurant that he said, "Has the best pizza in Rome!" I gave the staff a "good" rating because the 2 people that checked us in were not all that impressive but Marco definitely deserves the "excellent" rating!
We asked for a Triple room and it was very, very small! It was obviously a double room and they just moved the large bed over and stuck a twin bed in on the side. Maybe they don't have any rooms that are larger but we were disappointed to have so little space.
We found this little gem next to the train station and we have stayed here on three occasions. It is a comfortable, clean, and cozy little hotel which has done some great improvements in the past years, from floors, to windows to furniture, to bathrooms. Wow!! Breakfast is yummy and ample. It is sooo centrally located; there are tons of shops, restaurants, cafes, markets, and everything that a traveler on foot would need, including transportation.
Everything was manageable.
Very good service and accomodation. Good location near terminus.
The hotel manager has gone out of his way to provide all touristic information E.G. how and the best way to get to the tourist attractions and recommended good restaurant. Because of his help, I was able to move around in Rome without much hassle. The location is very good and convenient.
I think the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly!!! This was fantastic for me!!! Location was also great!!
The walls are incredibly thin and I could hear everything going on next door!! I slept with the tv on to have a constant sound and not wake uo the whole time (like the first night).
The front desk staff were friendly and competent. He seemed very familiar with the city (Rome) and the surroundings of the hotel. I was given excellent info about travel within Rome. My room, though small (I was traveling alone) had all the comforts I needed. It was spotless. The old fashioned "cage" elevator was charming. Breakfast was well done--the food was nicely arranged and plentiful. I would stay here again. Its location just a couple of blocks from Rome Termini was very convenient for me.
The location is fine, close to the station. The hotel looks very nice from the inside. The service at the desk is perfect. The breakfast was very good.
Room was a bit small.
room was nice
this hotel das not have internet
The hotel room was clean and confortable.
There was no wifi internet connection.
Comfortable bed with a nice bathroom. Quiet street near Termini. Close to Collesium, Trevi, etc. with restaurants close by.
